“Think about what encompasses pharmacy administration … the clinical, operational, and financial pieces to make sure [you’re delivering] the best care for patients,” Boyd suggested. “It’s very easy to get caught up in those tasks, but it’s [also] really important to go out on the front line and see what’s going well and where [you] can make improvements.”
